Exchanges are only possible if the item received is defective or incorrect. Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear images. Items must remain unused with original tags and packaging.

Made-to-Order & Customized Items
All stitched, altered, customized, or made-to-order outfits are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production requirements, order volume, or unforeseen circumstances. Delays do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or exchange.

Event Responsibility
Customers are responsible for placing orders well in advance of their event dates. We are not liable if an outfit is required urgently for a specific event.
